01 Overview

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the circumstances under which Webtek Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202201006226), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered address at Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia ("Webtek," "we," "us," or "our"), will consider requests for refunds and cancellations relating to AIRS (AI Revenue & Reservation System) (the "Service").

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the AIRS Terms & Conditions. Where this Policy and the Terms & Conditions address the same subject, they are intended to be consistent; in the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

02 Nature of the Service

AIRS is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately upon activation, references to "returns" in this Policy relate to the refund of subscription fees rather than the return of any physical product.

03 Free Trial

Webtek may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial or evaluation period of AIRS from time to time. A Free Trial is not guaranteed and is subject to management approval (see the Terms & Conditions, Clause 4). Where a Free Trial is offered, no payment is taken during it and no charge applies unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan — so no refund arises in respect of the Free Trial itself.

04 Fees and Billing

All subscription fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are charged on an upfront basis before the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, online banking (FPX), and such other methods as we may make available. Customers who elect annual billing receive a discount on the applicable monthly rate.

All fees are exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST) and any other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying where applicable.

05 General Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. AIRS is delivered electronically and access is provided immediately upon activation. You are encouraged to evaluate the Service — including through a live demo, and any evaluation period Webtek may offer at its discretion — before subscribing.

EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS POLICY, OR WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE MALAYSIAN LAW, ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
06 Refund Eligibility

Notwithstanding the general position above, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

6.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, or are charged in error due to a technical or processing fault on our side, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.

6.2 Unauthorised Transactions

If you notify us of a payment made without your authorisation and this is confirmed following reasonable verification, the affected amount will be refunded in full.

6.3 Extended Service Outage

Where a documented technical failure attributable solely to Webtek renders the Service unavailable for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours during a paid billing period, we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected portion of that billing period.

6.4 Failure to Deliver

If we are unable to provision or deliver a paid Service that you have been charged for, and the matter cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered Service.

07 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law:

  • Fees for a billing period that has already commenced, where the Service has been available and used as intended.
  • The unused portion of a subscription following a voluntary cancellation (see Clause 10).
  • Discounts already applied to annual subscriptions, which are non-refundable except as set out in Clause 6.
  • Charges arising from your failure to cancel before an upfront renewal date, where notice of renewal terms was made available.
  • Any loss of value claimed due to non-use of the Service after access has been provided.
08 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@webtek.my within fourteen (14) days of the charge you are querying. Please include:

  • The name and email address registered on your AIRS Account.
  • The date and amount of the transaction.
  • The reason for your refund request, with any supporting details or evidence.

We will acknowledge your request and assess it against the eligibility criteria in this Policy. We may ask for additional information reasonably required to verify the request.

09 Refund Method and Timeframe

Approved refunds are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the original payment method used for the transaction. We are unable to refund to a different card, account, or payment channel.

Once approved, refunds are processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. The time taken for the funds to appear on your statement thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

10 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or by written notice to contact@webtek.my. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, trigger a refund of fees already paid for the current period, except where a refund is otherwise due under Clause 6.

11 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your Account pending resolution. We will cooperate in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing dispute.

12 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be posted at airsystem.my/refund.html with an updated Effective Date. Refund requests are assessed under the version of this Policy in effect on the date of the transaction concerned.
